Foundation of Fruit Fly Optimization Algorithm and its Applications

Abstract

 

In 2011, our group developed the Fruit Fly Optimization Algorithm (FFOA). Nowadays, a few papers referenced the FFOA, nevertheless, only a few economists and management experts are truly familiar with this method. In this paper, I am going to introduce its foundation and explain how it works. In addition, we will also explain how to apply our methods to different fields, especially on economic problems.
